My Memories of George Road
During the war, a bomb destroyed 2 houses,
I think they were Nos 15 & 17 and I think
the couple in 15 died. as seen in photo below,
the 2 houses were behind the Van parked. The
photo is of myself (Peter. W. Rutt) taken in
George Road, approx 1960, on my Motorbike and
sidecar The motorbike was a BSA 350 Side Valve
- ex WD of course
