FOOTBALL MATCH

Living just a few yards from Brentford football ground
I grew up hearing the cheers and excitement of the
Brentford fans when Brentford scored a goal. Once in
a while my brother would take me into the Brentford
football grounds to watch the Brentford match. I would
put on the team’s red and white scarf. The trouble was
when, you’d got through the turnstile it was difficult
to catch a glimpse of the Brentford team because everyone
got in the way. I used to ask my brother if I could sit
on his shoulder so that I could get a good view of the
lot but he refused me.
