Mothers Day is always the 4th Sunday in
Lent in Britain - 21st March
There is no better time then to delicate this
Mothers Day page to my dear late mother.

This poem says it all.

There's no-one like a loving mother,
And when she's gone there'll be no other,
To replace the love she gave to you,
You'll never find again that's true

She weaned you from your day of birth
She loved you like no one on earth.
And carried you in arms so tender
A mother's love in all its splendour

There was many a night she never slept
To soothe you while all night you wept,
But in the morning on the table
Always breakfast good and staple

She took you to school on that first day
Then through school days did show the way
To tell you which was right from wrong.
Showing the straight and narrow long

Forward through childhood and teenage too,
Your mother was still the best friend to you,
And when full adult if you were in bother,
No one to turn to except your mother

So, While she's alive show kindness and love,
Do not procrastinate' till she's up above,
There's no' one like a loving mother,
For when she's gone there'll be no other

God bless you mum

I hope you enjoy the rest
